Distance Learning is an Economic Bonanza Building Ancient Baby Shower Invitations

Winter is here and unfortunately so is the dry skin that accompanies the cold and wind. I always think that I have found the perfect dry skin remedy and then I realize it is easier to handle dry skin problems during the summer.

The dropped temperature, the dry air brings on the rough skin, that gets red, itchy, and cracked. The winters can take every bit of moisture right out of your skin.

Now that I have discovered natural skin products I know that this is a critical step toward treating my dry skin problem. Avoid foamy body washes and cleansers, bubble baths, and harsh bar soaps. Natural products do not have detergents or chemicals like over the counter skin products. These harsh ingredients can strip your skin of their natural oils. I use soaps made with olive oil, goats milk, and creams and lotions with Shea butter, glycerin Ceramides and stearic acid. I also use body washes and cleansers with essential oils.

I have learned that the best time to apply these natural creams and lotions is while your skin is still damp; right from the shower. Oh yes, and speaking of the shower, avoid lingering in a hot shower; this also strips the natural oils from your skin. Try using a bath oil when you shower or bathe; then seal in the moisture with a moisturizing cream. For severely dry cracked hands use Vaseline petroleum jelly at night then cover your hands with cotton gloves. It is also a good idea to use rubber gloves when you do the dishes.
